This BIO Crema offers a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity and is versatile, from salad dressings to desserts.

Preparation of BIO Crema con "Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP" for 20 servings

  1. Heat concentrated grape must and BIO-Maisstärke nativ in a large pot over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to thicken.
  2. Add Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP and stir well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Allow the mixture to simmer until it has reached the desired consistency. This takes about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Pour the crema into sterile bottles or jars and seal well. Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator.

Important: The crema should be consumed within 3 months.
