Preparation of BIO Crema con "Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP" for 20 servings
- Heat concentrated grape must and BIO-Maisstärke nativ in a large pot over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to thicken.
- Add Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP and stir well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Allow the mixture to simmer until it has reached the desired consistency. This takes about 10-15 minutes.
- Pour the crema into sterile bottles or jars and seal well. Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator.
Important: The crema should be consumed within 3 months.
