Preparation of BIO Crispy Corners Rice-Pea for 50 servings

  1. Prepare ingredients: Distribute BIO-Maiskeimöl evenly in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix: Add 3 kg of puffed rice and 1.5 kg of green peas. Mix everything well until the ingredients are evenly coated with the oil.
  3. Season: Add 100 g of BIO-Salt, non-iodized (Atlantic Sea Salt) and stir again.
  4. Shape: Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking dish and press evenly to achieve a uniform thickness.
  5. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Cool and Cut: Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into even corners.
