This BIO Ghee offers excellent durability and temperature resistance, ideal for industrial processing and storage.

Preparation of BIO Ghee (Clarified Butter) for 20 kg

  1. Preparation: Melt 20 kg of BIO-Butterfett in a large pot over medium heat. Make sure the temperature is not too high to avoid burning.
  2. Clarifying: Once the butterfat has melted, reduce the temperature and let the fat simmer slowly. During this time, foam will form on the surface, which should be regularly skimmed off.
  3. Filtering: After about 45 minutes, when the fat looks clear and golden yellow, strain it through a fine sieve or a muslin cloth into clean containers to remove the solids.
  4. Cooling and Storing: Let the clarified butterfat cool to room temperature, then pour it into airtight containers. Store in a cool and dry place.
