This BIO Lentil Dal offers an exotic flavor explosion with a creamy consistency and is ideal for large events or as part of a buffet. The use of high-quality organic ingredients ensures an authentic and sustainable product.

Preparation of BIO Lentil Dal for 20 servings

  1. Prepare lentils: Soak the lentils in plenty of cold water and rinse. Bring to a boil in a large pot with 5 liters of water and simmer over medium heat until the lentils are soft.
  2. Add coconut milk: As soon as the lentils are soft, add 1 liter of BIO-Kokosmilch* and stir well.
  3. Season: Season with BIO-Currypulver süß, BIO-Kreuzkümmel Kumin gemahlen and BIO-Kurkuma. Add salt as needed.
  4. Cook: Simmer over low heat for another 20 minutes until all flavors are well integrated.
  5. Serve: The Dal can be served hot and is excellent for buffets or as part of a main meal.
