- Preparation of the fruits: Cut the pears and apples into small cubes. Peel the mangoes and also dice them. Squeeze out the passion fruit juice.
- Mixing the ingredients: Put all the fruits into a large pot and mix well. Add the passion fruit juice.
- Heating: Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the fruits are soft and a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Bottling: Fill the hot fruit mass into sterilized jars and seal immediately to ensure shelf life.
