Preparation

This drink offers a refreshing combination of raspberry and blackberry flavors, which are particularly long-lasting due to the use of high-quality organic ingredients and a natural antioxidant.

Preparation of BIO Raspberry-Blackberry Drink for 50 Servings

  1. Mix: In a large container, mix 50 liters of Natural Mineral Water with 5 kg of BIO-Sugar white (=BIO-Beet Sugar from Austria) until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add fruit flavor: Stir in 1.5 liters of BIO-Raspberry Juice Concentrate and 1.5 liters of BIO-Elderberry Juice Concentrate.
  3. Flavor: Add 0.5 liters of natural raspberry-blackberry juice flavor and mix well.
  4. Acidify: Stir in 500 g of crystalline citric acid, for organic recipes, to achieve the desired acidity.
  5. Antioxidant: Add 250 g of ascorbic acid, for organic recipes, to improve shelf life.
  6. Add carbonation: Carbonate the drink with a carbonation system to achieve the desired fizziness.
  7. Bottle: Fill into sterile glass bottles and seal immediately.
  8. Storage: Store in a cool, dark place to preserve freshness.
