Preparation
This BIO Salsa Dip is characterized by its mild spice and the use of high-quality organic ingredients, which allow for a long shelf life and easy scalability for large-scale production.
Preparation of BIO Salsa Dip Mild for 20 servings
- Heat tomatoes in tomato juice and BIO-Tomatenmark 28TS in a large pot over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Add pickled peppers and diced peppers. Stir well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add BIO-Zwiebelstreifen and BIO-Knoblauchpulver to the mixture. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until the onions are soft.
- Add BIO-Rohrohrzucker, BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz), and spices to taste. Mix everything well.
- Dissolve BIO-Maisstärke nativ in some cold water and add to the salsa to achieve the desired consistency.
- Pour the salsa into sterile jars and seal immediately to ensure shelf life.
