Preparation of BIO Sea Buckthorn Direct Juice for 50 Servings
- Mix sea buckthorn juice and sea buckthorn pulp: In a large stainless steel container, evenly mix 5 liters of BIO-Sea Buckthorn Juice and 2.5 liters of BIO-Sea Buckthorn Pulp.
- Heat: Heat the mixture to 85°C while stirring constantly to ensure pasteurization. This helps to extend the shelf life of the juice.
- Bottle: Immediately bottle the heated juice into sterilized glass bottles or containers. Make sure the containers are sealed airtight.
- Cool: Quickly cool the bottled juice to room temperature and then store in the refrigerator.
Important: Pasteurizing at 85°C for at least 1 minute is crucial to ensure microbiological safety.
