Preparation

This BIO soup seasoning offers a practical and healthy solution for quick and easy preparations. It is free from artificial additives and is excellent for industrial production.

Preparation of BIO Soup Seasoning for 50 Servings

  1. Preparation of ingredients: Thoroughly wash carrots, parsnips, celery, parsley root, and leek and cut into fine cubes. Peel onions and garlic and also chop finely.
  2. Drying the ingredients: Dry the prepared vegetables at 60°C in a dehydrator or in the oven until they are completely dehydrated. This can take several hours.
  3. Pulverizing: Process the dried vegetables into a fine powder using a powerful blender.
  4. Mixing the spices: Combine the vegetable powder with BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz) and BIO-Petersilie Blatt, fein until a uniform mixture is obtained.
  5. Packaging: Fill the finished soup seasoning into airtight containers to ensure its shelf life.
