This BIO soup seasoning offers a practical and healthy solution for quick and easy preparations. It is free from artificial additives and is excellent for industrial production.
Preparation of BIO Soup Seasoning for 50 Servings
- Preparation of ingredients: Thoroughly wash carrots, parsnips, celery, parsley root, and leek and cut into fine cubes. Peel onions and garlic and also chop finely.
- Drying the ingredients: Dry the prepared vegetables at 60°C in a dehydrator or in the oven until they are completely dehydrated. This can take several hours.
- Pulverizing: Process the dried vegetables into a fine powder using a powerful blender.
- Mixing the spices: Combine the vegetable powder with BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz) and BIO-Petersilie Blatt, fein until a uniform mixture is obtained.
- Packaging: Fill the finished soup seasoning into airtight containers to ensure its shelf life.
