Preparation

This recipe offers a balanced combination of high-quality turkey meat and nutritious vegetables, ideal for large-scale production. The use of {BIO-Reis} and {BIO-Karottenpulver} guarantees easy scalability and long shelf life.

Preparation of BIO Vegetable Risotto with tender Organic Turkey for 30 servings

  1. Cook rice: Cook 6 kg of BIO-Rice in 12 liters of water for 15 minutes until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare carrots: Stir 3 kg of BIO-Carrot powder into 5 liters of water and bring to a boil until a creamy consistency is achieved.
  3. Sauté turkey meat: Sauté 2.4 kg of turkey meat in 500 ml of BIO-Extra Virgin Olive Oil until it is golden brown. Set aside.
  4. Assemble risotto: Mix the cooked rice with the carrots and turkey meat. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  5. Season: Season with BIO-Salt, non-iodized (Atlantic Sea Salt) and BIO-Black Pepper ground coarse.
  6. Serve: Serve the risotto hot or pack in suitable containers for sale.
