Preparation of BIO Volanti for 50 servings
- Put semolina into a large bowl and mix with water until a uniform dough is formed.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut into the desired shape.
- Let the cut Volanti rest on a tray sprinkled with BIO-Salt, non-iodized (Atlantic Sea Salt).
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot, add the Volanti and cook for 8-10 minutes until they are al dente.
- Drain and drizzle with BIO-Extra Virgin Olive Oil to prevent sticking.
