These BIO whole grain Fusilli offer a healthy and nutritious alternative to traditional pasta, ideal for health-conscious consumers and perfectly suitable for large-scale production.

Preparation of BIO Whole Grain Fusilli for 20 Servings

  1. Bring water to a boil: In a large pot, bring 5 liters of water to a boil. Add 50 g of BIO-Salt, non-iodized (Atlantic Sea Salt).
  2. Cook Fusilli: Add 2 kg of pasta made from organic whole grain durum wheat semolina to the boiling water and cook until al dente for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse: Drain the Fusilli and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. Refine: Drizzle with BIO-Extra Virgin Olive Oil as needed and season to taste with BIO-Crumbled Basil or BIO-Crumbled Oregano.
  5. Serve: Serve the Fusilli warm or cool in suitable containers for later use.
