This BIO Whole Grain Penne Rigate offers a healthy, high-fiber alternative to traditional pasta and is ideal for mass production due to its easy preparation and long shelf life.

Preparation of BIO Whole Grain Penne Rigate #No.144 for 20 servings

  1. Boil water: Bring 5 liters of water to a boil in a large pot and add 50 g of BIO-Salt, non-iodized (Atlantic Sea Salt).
  2. Cook Penne: Add 2 kg of whole grain DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA to the boiling water and cook for about 10-12 minutes until al dente.
  3. Drain and rinse: Drain the Penne and briefly rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. Serve: Serve the Penne with your favorite sauce or as a side dish.
