Preparation of BIO Whole Grain Penne Rigate #No.144 for 20 servings
- Boil water: Bring 5 liters of water to a boil in a large pot and add 50 g of BIO-Salt, non-iodized (Atlantic Sea Salt).
- Cook Penne: Add 2 kg of whole grain DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA to the boiling water and cook for about 10-12 minutes until al dente.
- Drain and rinse: Drain the Penne and briefly rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Serve: Serve the Penne with your favorite sauce or as a side dish.
