Preparation of Organic Vegetable Squeeze Pouch Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Pear, Banana, Blueberry for 50 Servings

  1. Pumpkin Puree: Dissolve BIO-Pumpkin Flesh Powder in water until the desired consistency is achieved. Use 45% of the total mass.
  2. Sweet Potato Puree: Use BIO-Potato Powder as a base and process with water into a smooth puree. Plan for 25% of the total mass.
  3. Pear Puree: Process BIO-Pear Pieces finely cut in a blender into a fine puree and use 13% of the total mass.
  4. Banana Puree: Soak BIO-Banana Chips in water and puree. Plan for 9% of the total mass.
  5. Blueberry Puree: Process BIO-Blueberry (=Blueberry) Fruit Powder FD with water into a smooth puree. Use 7% of the total mass.
  6. Rapeseed Oil: Add BIO-Rapeseed KERNEL OIL to emulsify the mixture and ensure a smooth texture. Plan for 1% of the total mass.
  7. Combine all purees and process into a homogeneous mass in a large blender.
  8. Fill the mixture into sterilized squeeze pouches and seal airtight.
  9. Pasteurize the pouches to ensure a longer shelf life.
