Preparation of BIO Alphabet Pasta semola colorful for 50 servings
- Prepare ingredients: Stir BIO-Tomatenpulver pur and BIO-Spinatpulver with water into a paste to intensify the colors.
- Make dough: Mix durum wheat with the prepared pastes until a uniform dough is formed. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
- Shape pasta: Roll out the dough thinly and cut out with an alphabet mold.
- Dry: Lay out the cut-out alphabet pasta on baking trays and let it dry in the oven at 50°C for about 2 hours.
- Pack: After drying, pack the pasta airtight to ensure durability.
