Preparation of BIO Apple Berry Rice Cakes for 50 Servings
- Prepare Rice Mixture: Mix 8.85 kg of Reis* gepufft with 990 g of BIO-Apfelsaftkonzentrat Apfeldicksaft in a large mixing machine until all grains are evenly coated.
- Shape: Put the mixture into an industrial rice cake machine and press into waffles at medium pressure.
- Dry: Dry the shaped waffles at 120°C for 30 minutes in a convection oven to reduce moisture and extend shelf life.
- Package: After cooling, pack the waffles in airtight containers to preserve freshness.
