Preparation of BIO Bliss Ball Salted Peanut for 50 servings

Preparation of ingredients:
- Soak BIO-Dates without pit (22 kg) in a large bowl until they are soft.
- Prepare BIO-Peanut Butter (5 kg).
- Weigh BIO-Oat Flakes Large Leaf (6 kg).
- Provide BIO-Peanut Butter (5 kg) and BIO-Peanuts (6 kg).
- Provide BIO-Agave Syrup (3.5 kg) and BIO-Salt, non-iodized (Atlantic Sea Salt) (0.5 kg).

Mixing of ingredients:
- Puree the soaked dates in a powerful blender.
- Add peanut butter, oat flakes, peanuts, agave syrup, and salt.
- Process everything into a homogeneous mass.

Forming the Bliss Balls:
- Form even balls from the mass, about 20 g per ball.
- Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Cooling and Packaging:
- Let the Bliss Balls set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- After cooling, fill into suitable packaging for sale or storage.
Note: The Bliss Balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and are excellent for sale as a healthy snack.
