Preparation
This recipe provides a balanced meal for babies from the 5th month onwards, which is easily digestible and provides essential nutrients. It is specifically designed for industrial production and offers high scalability and easy storage.
Preparation of BIO Carrot Rice Salmon for 20 servings

Preparation of ingredients:
- Wash, peel and cut the carrots into small cubes.
- Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking carrots:
- Bring the carrot cubes to a boil in a large pot with 2 liters of water.
- Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the carrots are soft.

Preparing whole grain rice flour:
- While the carrots are cooking, stir BIO-Reisvollkornmehl into 500 ml of water and bring to a boil while stirring constantly until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Adding salmon:
- Add the salmon pieces to the carrots and let simmer for another 5 minutes.

Refining and pureeing:
- Add BIO-Raps-KERNÖL and puree everything finely with a hand blender.
- If necessary, add some water to achieve the desired consistency.

Filling and cooling:
- Fill the finished puree into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
- Store in the refrigerator or freeze for longer shelf life.
