Preparation of BIO Crispy Carrot Flips for 50 servings
- Cornmeal finely grind in a large mixer until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- Add BIO-Karottenpulver and BIO-Sonnenblumen-KERNÖL and mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Fill the mixture into an industrial extruder machine and extrude at 160°C to obtain the desired shape of the flips.
- Bake the flips at 120°C in a convection oven for 15 minutes to ensure crispness.
- After baking, let the flips cool and seal in airtight packaging to preserve freshness.
