This recipe offers an innovative combination of peas and peanuts, which is both protein-rich and uniquely flavorful. The Green Pea Balls are perfect as a healthy snack and can be easily produced in large quantities.
Preparation of BIO Green Pea Balls Peanuts for 25 servings
- Preparation: Cover the BIO-Erbsengranulat texturiert and BIO-Erbsenmedallions texturiert in a large bowl with water and let it swell for 30 minutes.
- Mixing: In an industrial food processor, process the swollen peas, BIO-Erdnusspaste, and BIO-Reis into a homogeneous mass.
- Seasoning: Season with BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz). The mixture should have a firm consistency.
- Shaping: Form small balls from the mass, about 20g per piece.
- Baking: Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C convection for 20 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Packaging: After cooling, immediately pack airtight to preserve freshness.
