Preparation

This sauce offers a balanced mix of vegetables and tomatoes, ideal for children. It is versatile and has a long shelf life, making it perfect for retail.

Preparation of BIO Kids Tomato Vegetable Sauce for 50 servings

  1. Preparation: Peel and finely chop the onions. Wash the carrots and zucchini and cut them into small cubes. Cut the eggplants into small cubes as well.
  2. Frying: Heat BIO-Olivenöl nativ extra in a large pot and sauté the BIO-Zwiebelstreifen until translucent. Add the carrots, zucchini, and eggplants and fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Tomato sauce: Add BIO-Tomatenmark 28TS and BIO-Apfelsaftkonzentrat Apfeldicksaft and stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Seasoning: Season with BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz), BIO-Basilikum gerebelt, BIO-Petersilie Blatt, fein and BIO-Sellerie Knolle Pulver. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
  5. Bottling: Pour the sauce into sterilized jars or bottles and seal immediately to ensure shelf life.
