This BIO Mango-Balsamic Mustard offers a unique combination of fruity sweetness and spicy heat, ideal for creative gourmet creations in the vegan sector.

Preparation of BIO Mango-Balsamic Mustard Vegan for 20 servings

  1. Preparation: Weigh all ingredients and have them ready. Cut the mango into small cubes.
  2. Cook the mango: Cook the mango in a pot with 200 ml of water over medium heat until soft. Then puree until a smooth mass is formed.
  3. Mustard production: In a large bowl, mix BIO-Senfkörner gemahlen with 200 ml of water and let it swell for 30 minutes.
  4. Mix ingredients: Add the mango puree, 100 g BIO-Rohrohrzucker, 100 ml BIO-Essig Balsamico, 50 g BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz) and 50 ml BIO-Condimento Bianco to the mustard seeds and mix well.
  5. Cook: Simmer the mixture in a pot over low heat, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
  6. Bottling: Fill the finished mustard into sterilized jars and seal immediately. Store in a cool and dark place.
