During the peeling process, the bitter substances under the husk are separated and the subsequently pressed "organic rape seed oil" no longer contains any undesirable flavourings. A particularly mild taste and a very rich content of monounsaturated fatty acids - comparable to olive oil - are the main features of this oil. Preparation
This recipe provides a balanced meal for babies from the 5th month onwards, which can be easily prepared in large quantities and stored. It is nutrient-rich and free from additives.
Preparation of BIO Parsnip-Potato-Beef for 20 servings
- Preparation of ingredients: Peel the parsnips and cut into small pieces. Also peel and dice the potatoes. Cut the beef into fine pieces.
- Cooking the ingredients: Bring water to a boil in a large pot and cook the parsnips and potatoes in it for about 15 minutes until they are soft.
- Cooking the beef: Fry the beef in a pan over medium heat with BIO-Raps-KERNÖL until it is well cooked.
- Pureeing: Put the cooked parsnips and potatoes together with the beef into a blender and puree finely. Add water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- Seasoning: Season with a pinch of BIO-Salt, uniodized (Atlantic Sea Salt).
- Filling and storing: Fill the puree into sterile jars and seal airtight. Store cool to ensure durability.
