These BIO algae crackers offer a unique combination of nutrient-rich Chlorella algae and aromatic rosemary, making them a healthy and flavorful snack. Their crispy texture and salty taste make them ideal for sale as a premium snack.
Preparation of BIO Seaweed Cracker Rosemary & Sea Salt for 50 servings
- Preparation of ingredients: Mix BIO-Dinkelmehl 69%, BIO-Dinkelvollkornmehl 10%, BIO-Chlorella Pulver 5%, BIO-Rosmarin geschnitten 4.5%, BIO-Gerstemalzextrakt, BIO-Leinsamen braun, BIO-Haferflocken Großblatt, and BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz) in a large bowl.
- Making the dough: Add BIO-Sonnenblumen-KERNÖL and BIO-Hefepulver Germ aktiv and knead the dough until it is smooth. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Shaping and Baking: Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and cut it into cracker shapes. Bake the crackers at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Cooling and Packaging: Let the crackers cool completely before packing them in airtight containers to maintain freshness.
