Preparation
This recipe provides a balanced meal for toddlers, which is rich in fiber and nutrients, and is ideally suited for industrial production.
Preparation of BIO Spelt-Spaghetti Bolognese for 20 servings
- Preparation of ingredients: Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes. Wash the leek and cut it into fine rings.
- Cooking the spaghetti: Bring 3.5 liters of water to a boil, add the spelt whole grain spaghetti and cook for about 8-10 minutes until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Preparing the Bolognese sauce: Heat BIO-Raps-KERNÖL in a large pot. Sauté the carrots and leek in it. Add the beef and fry until it is crumbly.
- Adding the tomato sauce: Mix BIO-Tomatenmark 28TS with 1.5 liters of water and add to the pot. Bring to a boil.
- Thickening the sauce: Stir in BIO-Reis-Vollkornmehl to bind the sauce. Season with salt.
- Final cooking: Let the sauce simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- Serving: Mix the spaghetti with the Bolognese sauce and serve.
