This recipe offers an innovative solution for making a durable and freezer-friendly spinach dish that is both creamy and flavorful.
Preparation of BIO Spinach Vegetable in Potatoes for 20 Servings
- Peel potatoes and cut into even cubes. In a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes until they are soft.
- Drain the potatoes and mash finely with a masher. Add BIO-Magermilchpulver and mix well to achieve a creamy consistency.
- In a pan, rehydrate BIO-Spinatpulver with water. Simmer over medium heat until the spinach is soft.
- Fold the spinach into the mashed potatoes and mix well. Season with BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz) and BIO-Pfeffer weiß gemahlen.
- Fill the finished spinach vegetable into preheated bowls and serve. Ideal for freezing.
