Preparation of BIO Spirals semola colorful for 50 servings
- Preparation of ingredients: Mix 5 kg of BIO-Hartweizengrieß with 500 g of BIO-Tomatenpulver pur and 500 g of BIO-Spinatpulver in a large mixing bowl.
- Dough preparation: Gradually add 2.5 liters of water and knead the dough in a professional dough machine until it reaches a smooth and elastic consistency.
- Forming the spirals: Use an industrial pasta machine to shape the dough into colorful spirals. Make sure the spirals are cut evenly to ensure a uniform cooking time.
- Drying: Dry the spirals in a drying room at 60°C for 6 hours to increase the shelf life and improve the texture.
- Packaging: Pack the dried spirals in airtight containers to preserve freshness and ensure a long shelf life.
