Preparation
This organic tomato sauce with vegetables is ideal for industrial production, as it has a long shelf life due to the use of dried and powdered ingredients and is easy to portion.
Preparation of BIO Tomato Sauce with Vegetables for 20 Servings

Preparation:
- Soak 500 g of BIO-Tomatenflocken 9 mm in 1 liter of water.
- Prepare 200 g of BIO-Tomatenmark 28TS.
- Prepare 200 g of BIO-Zwiebelstreifen and 100 g of BIO-Knoblauchpulver.
- Weigh 200 g of BIO-Karottenpulver and 150 g of BIO-Sellerie Knolle Pulver.
- Cut 300 g of BIO-Paprikaflocken rot and 200 g of BIO-Zucchini into cubes.
- Cut 200 g of BIO-Auberginen into cubes.

Sauté:
- Heat 150 ml of BIO-Olivenöl nativ extra in a large pot.
- Add BIO-Zwiebelstreifen and BIO-Knoblauchpulver and sauté until translucent over medium heat.

Add Vegetables:
- Add BIO-Karottenpulver, BIO-Sellerie Knolle Pulver, BIO-Paprikaflocken rot, BIO-Zucchini, and BIO-Auberginen and sauté for 5 minutes.

Tomato Base:
- Add the soaked BIO-Tomatenflocken 9 mm and BIO-Tomatenmark 28TS. Stir well.

Season and Simmer:
- Add 20 g of BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz), 10 g of BIO-Oregano gerebelt, and 15 g of BIO-Petersilie Blatt, fein.
- Bring the sauce to a boil and then let it simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

Fine-tuning:
- Taste the sauce and season more if needed.

Bottling:
- Pour the hot sauce into sterilized jars or bottles and seal immediately.
