Preparation of Organic Chickpea Stars with Corn & Pumpkin for 50 Servings

Preparation of the ingredients:
- Mix 20.5 kg of BIO-Chickpea Flour with 17.5 kg of BIO-Corn Flour and 2 kg of BIO-Sorghum Flour in a large industrial mixing container.
- Add 5 kg of BIO-Pumpkin Flesh Powder and mix everything thoroughly.

Dough preparation:
- Add 5 kg of BIO-Sunflower-SEED OIL to the mixture and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Add 50 g of Thiamine (Vitamin B1) and mix again.

Shaping the stars:
- Use an industrial molding machine to press the mixture into star-shaped snacks.

Baking:
- Bake the stars at 180°C for 15-20 minutes in a convection oven until they are golden brown and crispy.

Cooling and Packaging:
- Allow the stars to cool completely before packing them into airtight packaging to preserve freshness.
