Preparation
This BIO Arrabbiata tomato sauce impresses with its intense spiciness and fresh herbal note. It is ideally suited for industrial production and offers a long shelf life.
Preparation of BIO Arrabbiata Tomato Sauce for 20 Servings
- Preparation: Prepare all ingredients. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Making the tomato base: Heat BIO-Olivenöl nativ extra in a large pot. Add BIO-Knoblauchpulver and BIO-Chilis geschrotet and roast briefly.
- Cooking the sauce: Add BIO-Tomatenflocken 9 mm and BIO-Tomatenmark 28TS to the pot. Season with BIO-Rohrohrzucker and BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz).
- Refining the taste: Add BIO-Paprikapulver edelsüß, BIO-Petersilie Blatt, fein and concentrated lemon juice. Stir everything well and let it simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Bottling: Pour the hot sauce into sterile jars or bottles and seal immediately.
