Preparation of BIO Baby Biscuits Spelt-Banana for 30 servings
- Prepare ingredients: Mix the BIO-DINKELmehl with the BIO-Bananensaftkonzentrat and BIO-Traubensaftkonzentrat weiß Traubendicksaft.
- Make dough: Add BIO-Sonnenblumen-KERNÖL and knead everything into a smooth dough.
- Shape: Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out cookies with a cookie cutter.
- Bake: Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool: After baking, let the cookies cool and enrich with Vitamin B1 to increase the nutritional value.
