These BIO Crispy-Sticks offer an innovative combination of corn, peas, and rice, providing a crispy texture and a unique taste. They are perfect as a healthy snack for on the go and offer a long shelf life.

Preparation of BIO Crispy-Sticks Trio of Vegetables for 50 servings

  1. Prepare ingredients: Weigh all ingredients and set them aside. Have BIO-Tomatenpulver pur and BIO-Sonnenblumen-KERNÖL ready.
  2. Make dough: Mix BIO-Maisstärke nativ and BIO-Reismehl in a large bowl. Add BIO-Erbsengranulat texturiert and BIO-Maispulver.
  3. Season: Add BIO-Tomatenpulver pur and a pinch of BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz). Mix everything well.
  4. Shape: Shape the mixture into sticks. If necessary, add some water to achieve the desired consistency.
  5. Bake: Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool: After baking, let the sticks cool on a rack to maintain their crispiness.

Packaging: Pack in airtight containers to preserve freshness and crispiness.
