    Lemon juice concentrate from controlled organic farming is a 100% pure, slightly yellow, naturally cloudy, viscous concentrate (without added sugar, preservatives, alcohol, acids, artificial or nature-identical flavourings). From 18 kg of lemons, 6 litres of juice and from this, approx. 1 kg of concentrate are obtained. During the production process, freshly squeezed organic lemon juice is thickened under vacuum, thus removing water. Due to the gentle vacuum thickening, the ingredients and properties are optimally preserved. After adding water, the concentrate can be used like freshly squeezed lemon juice. For 1 liter of lemon juice you need approx. 172g lemon juice concentrate.

This BIO ginger juice offers an intense ginger note and a refreshing citric acid, ideal for the health market and perfectly scalable for mass production.

Preparation of BIO Ginger Juice for 20 Liters

  1. Preparation of Ingredients: Mix 19.4 liters of BIO-Ingwer-Extrakt with 0.6 liters of BIO-Zitronensaftkonzentrat in a large stainless steel container.
  2. Pasteurization: Heat the mixture to 72°C and maintain this temperature for 15 seconds to ensure shelf life.
  3. Bottling: Pour the hot juice into sterilized glass bottles and seal them immediately.
  4. Cooling: Allow the bottles to slowly cool to room temperature before storing or shipping them.
