Preparation
These BIO Honey Balls offer a unique combination of natural sweetness and crispy texture, ideal for the health-conscious snack market.
Preparation of BIO Honey Balls for 50 servings
- Mix cornmeal and BIO-Maisstärke nativ in a large bowl.
- Heat BIO-Rohrohrzucker and BIO-Sirup classic DE60 in a pot over medium heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Add BIO-Honig Wald- & Blütenhonig aus Österreich and BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz) and stir well.
- Add the liquid mixture to the cornmeal while stirring constantly and process into a smooth dough.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes until the balls are golden brown.
- Let cool and store in airtight containers.
