Preparation
This BIO Mexico Salsa Sauce is characterized by its rich tomato base and a balanced spice mix that is both spicy and fruity. Its long shelf life and the use of high-quality organic ingredients make it ideal for wholesale.
Preparation of BIO Mexico Salsa Sauce for 50 servings

Preparation of ingredients: Provide tomato paste, raw cane sugar, red and green peppers, spirit vinegar, onions, rock salt, chili, cornstarch, lemon juice concentrate, curry, spices and parsley from controlled organic farming.

Making the tomato base: In a large pot, bring BIO-Tomatenmark 28TS to a boil with 2 liters of water. Add BIO-Rohrohrzucker and BIO-Zwiebelstreifen and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Adding peppers and spices: Stir in BIO-Paprikaflocken rot and BIO-Paprikaflocken grün as well as BIO-Chili-Paprika Pulver and BIO-Currypulver süß. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

Acidity and binding: Add BIO-Essig, Tafelessig and BIO-Zitronensaftkonzentrat. Thicken with BIO-Maisstärke nativ to achieve the desired consistency.

Seasoning and refining: Season with BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz) and BIO-Gewürzmischung. Finally, stir in BIO-Petersilie Blatt, fein.

Bottling and storing: Pour the sauce into sterilized jars and seal immediately. Let it cool at room temperature and then store in a cool place.
