Preparation of BIO Pear-Blueberry Fruit Bars for 50 Bars
- Preparation: Thoroughly clean the production area and equipment to ensure a contamination-free environment.
- Mixing: In a large industrial mixer, process BIO-Banana flakes and BIO-Crispy pear cubes together with BIO-Pear juice concentrate into a homogeneous mass.
- Addition of Blueberries: Incorporate BIO-Blueberry (=Blueberry) Fruit Powder FD evenly into the mixture. This provides the characteristic blueberry flavor.
- Shaping: Evenly spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roll out to the desired thickness.
- Cutting: Cut the mass into even bars to ensure uniform portioning.
- Drying: Allow the bars to dry at 60°C in a dehydrator or oven for 4 hours to extend the shelf life.
- Packaging: After cooling, seal the bars in airtight packaging to preserve freshness and taste.
