Preparation of BIO Spelt-Pizza Verdura VEGAN for 20 servings

Dough preparation:
- Ingredients: 1 kg BIO-Dinkelflocken, 600 ml water, 20 g BIO-Hefepulver Germ aktiv, 10 g BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz).
- Instructions: Put the spelt flakes into a large bowl. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to the flour. Add salt and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Tomato sauce preparation:
- Ingredients: 500 g BIO-Tomatenmark 28TS, 50 ml BIO-Sonnenblumen-KERNÖL, 10 g BIO-Traubenzucker kristall (=BIO-Dextrose), 5 g BIO-Pfeffer schwarz gemahlen griffig, 10 g BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz).
- Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a pot and simmer over medium heat until the sauce has thickened. Set aside.

Vegetable preparation:
- Ingredients: 200 g marinated eggplant, 200 g marinated zucchini, 200 g BIO-Spinatpulver, 200 g broccoli, 100 g grilled yellow bell pepper, 100 g grilled red bell pepper, 100 g BIO-Zwiebelstreifen.
- Instructions: Cut vegetables into even pieces. Briefly blanch the broccoli and mix with the other vegetables.

Assembling the pizza:
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread with the tomato sauce and evenly distribute the prepared vegetables on top.

Baking:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes until the dough is crispy and the vegetables are lightly browned.

Serving:
- Cut the pizza into 20 equal pieces and serve warm.
