Preparation

This smoothie combines the fruity taste of strawberries, bananas, and apples with a long shelf life and high scalability, ideal for retail.

Preparation of BIO Strawberry Smoothie in Banana-Apple for 20 servings

  1. Preparation of ingredients: Weigh the freeze-dried fruits BIO-Apfelwürfel knusprig, BIO-Bananenchips, and BIO-Erdbeer Fruchtpulver.
  2. Mixing: Put all ingredients into an industrial blender. For a uniform consistency, mix the blend at medium speed for 5 minutes.
  3. Adding liquid: Add 2 liters of water and mix for another 3 minutes at high speed until a homogeneous liquid is formed.
  4. Bottling: Pour the smoothie into sterile glass bottles and seal immediately.
  5. Pasteurization: Pasteurize the bottled smoothies at 85°C for 10 minutes to ensure shelf life.
  6. Cooling: After pasteurization, quickly cool the bottles to 4°C and store in a cold room.
