This BIO Passata Pomodoro offers a simple and scalable solution for industrial production, ideal for large kitchens and food manufacturers who value quality and efficiency.
Preparation of BIO Passata Pomodoro for 50 servings
- Prepare Tomatoes: Use BIO-Tomatenflocken 9 mm or BIO-Tomatenpulver pur as a base. Mix 5 kg of tomato flakes or 3 kg of tomato powder with 15 liters of water to achieve the consistency of a passata.
- Cook: Bring the mixture to a boil in a large pot over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- Reduce: Reduce the heat and let the passata simmer for about 45 minutes until the desired thickness is achieved.
- Bottle: Fill the hot passata into sterilized jars or bottles and seal immediately to ensure shelf life.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dark place to maintain quality and ensure a long shelf life.
