This BIO Toscana tomato sauce is characterized by its easy scalability and long shelf life, ideal for use in gastronomy and retail.
Preparation of BIO Tuscan Tomato Sauce for 20 Servings
- Preparation: Arrange all ingredients. Weigh out BIO-Tomatenflocken 9 mm, BIO-Karottenpulver, BIO-Zwiebelpulver, BIO-Sellerie Knolle Granulat, BIO-Basilikum gerebelt and BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz).
- Cooking: Bring 5 liters of water to a boil in a large pot. Add BIO-Tomatenflocken 9 mm and simmer while stirring until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- Add vegetables: Add BIO-Karottenpulver, BIO-Zwiebelpulver and BIO-Sellerie Knolle Granulat to the pot. Continue to simmer until the vegetables are well incorporated.
- Seasoning: Add BIO-Basilikum gerebelt and BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz). Let the sauce simmer over medium heat for another 15 minutes.
- Bottling: Pour the hot sauce into sterile jars and seal immediately to ensure shelf life.
