Preparation of Organic Vegetable Puffs with Pumpkin & Carrot for 50 Servings
- Prepare ingredients: Mix 37 kg of BIO-Maisquellstärke kaltquellend with 6 kg of BIO-Kürbisfleisch Pulver and 6 kg of BIO-Karottenpulver in a large mixing machine.
- Add oil: Add 6 kg of BIO-Sonnenblumen-KERNÖL and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Enrich with vitamin: Add 0.1 kg of Thiamin and mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
- Shape and bake: Shape the mixture into small puffs and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Cool and package: Allow the puffs to cool completely before packaging them in airtight containers for sale.
