Preparation of BIO Muesli Bar Butter Biscuit in Apple-Vanilla for 50 bars
- Preparation of the ingredients: In a large bowl, mix Bananenflocken and HAFERVOLLKORNMEHL together.
- Apple-Vanilla Mixture: Add BIO-Apfelpulver 0 - 2 mm and BIO-Vanillekonzentrat BS and mix well.
- Add Binding Agent: Stir in BIO-Sirup Pulver Dextrose DE97 as a sweetener and BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz) for taste.
- Shaping: Press the mixture evenly into a rectangular baking tray.
- Baking: Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes until the bars are firm.
- Cooling and Cutting: Allow the bars to cool completely and cut into even pieces.
