Preparation of BIO Bircher Porridge for 20 servings
- Prepare the basic mix: Mix 1 kg of whole grain oat groats with 200 g BIO-Feigen gehackt, 200 g BIO-Apfelwürfel knusprig, 200 g BIO-Datteln ohne Kern, 150 g BIO-Rosinen classic, 150 g BIO-Mandeln gemahlen and 150 g BIO-Apfelpulver 0 - 2 mm in a large bowl.
- Add liquid: Heat 3 liters of water and pour it over the mixture. Let the mixture soak for 30 minutes.
- Cool and store: Portion the porridge into 20 individual containers and cool it down immediately. Store it in a cool and dry place.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh fruits or nuts to taste before serving.
