Preparation

Preparation of BIO Cereal Bar Banana, Red Grape & Aronia for 50 bars

  1. Prepare ingredients: Mix BIO-spelt flakes and BIO-oat flakes large leaf in a large bowl. Chop BIO-pear pieces finely cut and BIO-banana chips into small pieces.
  2. Heat liquid ingredients: Heat BIO-apple juice concentrate apple syrup, BIO-red grape juice concentrate white grape syrup and BIO-Aronia powder fine in a pot over medium heat until everything is well mixed.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, add BIO-oat wholemeal flour and BIO-sunflower KERNEL OIL to the flakes and mix well.
  4. Combine everything: Add the heated juice mixture to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until a uniform mass is formed.
  5. Shape and bake: Place the mixture on a baking tray dusted with BIO-potato starch extra dry and roll out evenly. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
  6. Cool and cut: After baking, let it cool and cut into bar shape. Wrap in BIO-wafers to preserve the moisture.
