These BIO cookies with chocolate chunks offer an excellent balance of taste and texture, ideal for wholesale with their long shelf life and scalability.
Preparation of BIO Cookies with Chocolate Chips for 50 Servings
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, cream together BIO-Zucker weiß (=BIO-Rübenzucker aus Österreich) 250 g, BIO-Sirup Pulver Dextrose DE97 100 g, and BIO-Sonnenblumen-KERNÖL 200 ml.
- Mix dry ingredients: Combine Weizenmehl 500 g, Natron Speisesoda, für Biorezepte 10 g, and BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz) 5 g in a separate bowl.
- Complete the dough: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the sugar mixture and mix well.
- Add chocolate chips: Gently fold in BIO-Schokoladetropfen, zartbitter 250 g.
- Portion: Divide the dough into 50 equal portions and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake: Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Let cool: Let cool on a wire rack and store in airtight containers.
