Preparation of BIO King Oyster Mushroom Bolognese for 30 servings

  1. Preparation of ingredients:

    • Rehydrate 71% BIO-Tomatenflocken 9 mm with water.
    • Slice 14% king oyster mushrooms into fine slices.
    • Finely chop onions.
