Preparation

The recipe offers a particularly fruity, natural strawberry squeeze pouch with a clear ingredient list, excellent scalability, and long shelf life - ideal for retail and out-of-home supply.

Preparation of BIO Pure Strawberry Squeeze Pouch (4 x 60 ml, approx. 240 ml total volume)

  1. Preparation: Thoroughly clean and disinfect work surfaces and equipment. Prepare and weigh all ingredients.
  2. Making the mixture:
  3. Fine sieving: Pass the mixture through a fine sieve or an industrial sieving machine to remove any lumps and ensure a smooth texture.
  4. Filling: Fill the finished fruit mixture into sterile squeeze pouches (60 ml each). Work hygienically and quickly to avoid contamination.
  5. Pasteurization (optional for longer shelf life): Pasteurize the filled pouches at 80 °C for 10 minutes.
  6. Cooling and storage: Cool the squeeze pouches quickly to below 10 °C immediately after pasteurization and store at 2–8 °C until shipment.

Note: For an even fresher note, part of the water can be replaced with BIO-Erdbeergranulat 2-5 mm. Alternatively, BIO-Erdbeer Fruchtpulver can be combined with BIO-Apfelpulver 0 - 2 mm to vary the sweetness.
