This BIO Tomato Sauce Arrabbiata impresses with its natural spiciness and intense tomato flavors, which are achieved through the use of high-quality BIO ingredients. It is ideal for industrial production and can be stored for a long time.

Preparation of BIO Tomato Sauce Arrabbiata for 20 servings

  1. Preparation: Weigh all ingredients and have them ready.
  2. Heating: Heat BIO-Olivenöl nativ extra in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Flavoring: Add BIO-Knoblauchpaste classic and lightly sauté until it is fragrant.
  4. Tomato base: Add BIO-Tomatenmark 28TS and BIO-Tomatenflocken 9 mm and mix well.
  5. Adding liquid: Stir in BIO-Tomatenpulver pur and water to achieve a smooth consistency.
  6. Seasoning: Add BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz), BIO-Petersilie Blatt, fein and BIO-Chili-Paprika Pulver. Stir well.
  7. Simmering: Let the sauce simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Tasting: Adjust with salt and chili to taste.
  9. Bottling: Pour into sterile jars and seal immediately.

Important: The sauce can be stored for several months in a cool, dark place.
