Preparation of BIO Tomato Sauce Arrabbiata for 20 servings
- Preparation: Weigh all ingredients and have them ready.
- Heating: Heat BIO-Olivenöl nativ extra in a large pot over medium heat.
- Flavoring: Add BIO-Knoblauchpaste classic and lightly sauté until it is fragrant.
- Tomato base: Add BIO-Tomatenmark 28TS and BIO-Tomatenflocken 9 mm and mix well.
- Adding liquid: Stir in BIO-Tomatenpulver pur and water to achieve a smooth consistency.
- Seasoning: Add BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz), BIO-Petersilie Blatt, fein and BIO-Chili-Paprika Pulver. Stir well.
- Simmering: Let the sauce simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Tasting: Adjust with salt and chili to taste.
- Bottling: Pour into sterile jars and seal immediately.
Important: The sauce can be stored for several months in a cool, dark place.
