Preparation of BIO Walnut-Tomato Pesto for 20 servings
- Preparation: Roast walnuts in the oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown. Let them cool down.
- Mixing: Add BIO-Sonnenblumen-KERNÖL, BIO-Walnußkerne Hälften, BIO-Tomatenflocken 9 mm, BIO-Knoblauchpaste classic, and BIO-Tomatenmark 28TS to a blender.
- Seasoning: Season with BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz) and BIO-Pfeffer schwarz gemahlen griffig.
- Blending: Puree all ingredients into a smooth mass.
- Bottling: Fill into sterile jars and seal airtight. Store in a cool place.
Storage: Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
