Preparation of BIO Almond Coconut Cookies for 30 servings

  1. Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Making the dough: In a large bowl, mix BIO-Wachsmaisstärke nativ, BIO-Vollkornreismehl, BIO-Kokosblütenzucker, BIO-Kokosnussöl kaltgepresst, nativ, BIO-Mandeln gemahlen, BIO-Haferflocken Großblatt, BIO-Leinsamen braun, BIO-Lucumapulver, BIO-Kokosraspel, BIO-Guarkernmehl and BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz).
  3. Adding leavening agent: Add Natron Speisesoda, für Biorezepte and mix everything well.
  4. Shaping: Form small balls from the dough and press them slightly flat.
  5. Baking: Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until they are golden brown.
  6. Cooling down: Let the cookies cool on a rack before they are packed.
